Service Description
The BIM (Building Information Modeling) approach is a collaborative engineering process for construction supported by a shared digital model. Its implementation is now essential for all construction stakeholders throughout the life cycle of a building or urban complex. Training Objective: The objective of this training is to train, in collaboration with construction professionals, senior managers in the construction and urban planning sectors with the skills to implement the BIM (Building Information Modeling) approach: design, develop, operate, manage, and update the digital model throughout the entire life cycle of a building or urban complex. The BIM Process training, through its cross-functionality, multidisciplinary approach, and the acquisition of professional skills combined with IT expertise, prepares students for the management and organization of a BIM project and meets the current and future needs of all stakeholders involved in the BIM approach. Training Program: - Introduction to BIM practices (Definition, Dimensions, Uses, Level of Detail (LOD), Contractual Documents). - Identifying the roles of the stakeholders in a BIM process: BIM Manager, BIM Coordinator, and BIM Modeler. - Developing the BIM Charter, Specifications, and BIM Agreement. - Exchange Formats and Interoperability. - Collaboration in BIM using a collaborative platform. - Model Validation Process and Criteria. - BIM Tools. - Creating a Library, Templates, and Shared Parameters. - BIM Conflict Detection and Resolution. - 4D Construction Planning and 5D Cost Tracking. - Organizing a Management Workflow Based on the Digital Model. - BIM Manager Management using BIM software: . Company workflow management . Template content management . Sharing system folder management . Project details management - EDM . What is EDM? . Element upload methods . File and authorization management . Communication tools for collaboration . Creating boxes and issues . Transmission slips . Reviews and validation processes (approval cycle) - Distinguishing between innovative BIM-compatible technologies: BIM and Blockchain. - Structuring change management in the company and on the BIM project.
